​Reports are carried out by licensed professionals and prior issuing of reports is reviewed by the director who has operated as a Senior Strata Managing Agent for over 10 years and currently holds a class (1) Strata Management License.

  • Historical record of maintenance and repair work (both common property and individual lot, where available).

  • Records relating to the delegation of functions under the Strata Schemes Management Act.

  • Fire Safety Certificates and evidence of ongoing compliance.

  • Details of active or past litigation involving the Owners Corporation.
